Do I need to have a clear design idea before getting in touch?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with just a feeling — something isn't working, or they want the space to feel different without knowing exactly how. The consultation is exactly for that moment of exploration.
How long does a full design project typically take?
The Full Design & Material Story service is delivered in 6–9 weeks. If you're adding Crafted Execution Support for the renovation phase, the combined engagement is typically 8–14 weeks depending on the scope and contractor schedules.
Do you work with small apartments or only larger properties?
We work with apartments, landed homes, and small retail or café spaces. Thoughtful design matters at any scale — sometimes a compact space benefits most from careful spatial thinking.
Can I start with the consultation and decide on more services later?
Yes — the First Impressions Consultation is designed to stand on its own. Many clients find it helps them decide with more clarity what they actually want to do next, whether that's engaging us further or proceeding on their own.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur, and serve clients across the Klang Valley. Virtual consultations are available for clients outside the immediate area.
How is pricing structured — is there flexibility?
Our listed prices reflect standard scope. For larger or more complex projects, we're happy to discuss a tailored arrangement. We'll always be clear about what's included before anything is agreed.
